Found a slug-plated blob but can't locate any info on the web or on the forums. Anyone ever hear of a Philadelphia bottler called R. Williard at 336 N. 10th Street, Phila. The name and address are on the slug plate. The reverse just says "Bottle Not To Be Sold." pic:
