I'm not convinced its any earlier than other Kilmer bottles but it is certainly a rare one.
It looks like it may be a locally dispensed version rather than the typical mail order/remote depot bottles.

It would be really cool to find one of these with a label because it could have been a personally signed prescription from Dr Kilmer himself. These were probably the bottles used for people treated and prescribed treatments (other than his patent medciine line) at his medical building. Probably very rare because the patent medicine business must have taken the majority of his time.

Well folks, I am confused by the picture showing a hint of what the cap looks like. I don't have one, but it is difficult to date it. RED Matthews

Looks like a pretty standard slugplate pharmacy form from the 1890s.
I would guess its a bit later than the Catarrh or Heart Remedy bottles.

I have never seen this one bfore , but I would not give half that amount to own it .

Shill bidder or some fool had a serious brain cramp. I wouldn't give 50 bucks for a Kilmer pharmacy.
