How do the barnacles affect the value? It's got a chip in the lip too.

Thoughts on what it's worth noting the above?

I have some bottles with extensive coral and barnacles on them. I think your bottle will have more value cleaned up. RED Matthews
Red is there any way to remove coral?

It looks like a molded seal also, not applied.
Now, this shows a different definition than I have seen before. I guess they could mold a sea but how would they keep it hot enough to stick it onto a blown bottle? I have saved a lot of pictures of seals, but I haven't found much about their creation and application methods.
Interesting. RED Matthews

Removing coral is quite easy. A quick dip in diluted muriatic acid gets rid of all carbonate encrustations.

I'm confused, the seller says no chips?
It looks like a molded seal also, not applied. I'd go more into the 1930+ range.
Eric this might sounds silly but what was molded seal?
Something like this?

SirBottles That isn't the same type of seal is it. This last one looks more like it was in the mold iron. The one with the coral, looked like it set up higher.
Just wondering. RED Matthews
