I found this really neat little bottle in a thrift store and I'm not sure what exactly it was used for or what era it is from. If anyone here can identify it in any way, I would appreciate your input! Thanks!

it looks like part of a womens cosmetic set. poss. held powder. the ink in the next post is cool!! looks like the same glass. from what i can see the ink appears to be machine made . kinda looks like a piece from the 1920's or 30's. nice find!!

Yes, I think they were both a good find and I paid very little for them. This piece has really thick glass, reminds me of a marble carved out. The top is hinged to allow placing something inside. Pretty cool!
