thanks for showing your camera...
those oldies are goodies! [;)]
MY SON SAID MOM, "you only need 3 mp or your going to fill up your hard drive."
you know we think bigger is better.[8|] silly me!
funny my 1st canon AE1 SLR has a fly stuck in the view finder..... [:D]
i have a hole in my eye and have a hard time seeing through a view finder.
you can't see it, only the doc. and i can when they test me. well i
gave it to my one of my very talented sons 2 years ago.
he left the fly there, thought it was neat!
everything i did was by intutition, people told me i should be a photographer.
ended up being the family event one so i never end up in any photos and never
get anything to eat..... [;)]
everthing he does is beyond fantastic!
i love being behind a camera capturing everday life as it happens.

I have a Samsung L100 8.1 megapixel. I've learned that you can take a broad picture and cut out bits and pieces that you want. Often there is no need for trying to take a close-up, as you can just zoom in on it once it's on your computer.
As far as editing, my camera came with software that allows you to crop/re-size etc... if you have a good new camera, you should have software that allows you to edit your pictures.
