totally agree. I read hecklers flyer for his last few live auctions/

There were a few big table lots, that had 40-100 bottles from Kris' collection. The flyer clearly stated

many with problems, minor imperfections, repairs, etc

I assume the buyers passed them off as clean, or they sold them as is, and the people down line decided to leave out that data.



But This is true about many things,

I remember hearing about people selling cars that were salvaged from Hurricane Katrina and then sold them with rebuilt titles. and they just hoped the buyers didn't look to deep into the auto's past...
