It seems like Brian's book is out of print and unavailable.
He used to have an excellent website with pictures of many bottles but that website is gone.
I chatted with him some at the last Baltimore Bottle Show.

The Gnome bottle has 3 gnomes on it, about like the brownie bottle with the brownies, on the main part of the bottle. Mine is from Yarmouth, MA.
The tall tulip has 4 long-stem tulips around the bottle. It comes in both green and colorless.
The A-Treat is covered with diamond shapes.
I was outbid on Flirt 2 or 3 times. :-( There is also a very tall (48oz) Flirt De Luxe, but it is not nearly so beautiful. [;)]
The Hi-Judy is heavily embossed with various diagonal ribs and rings.
The Hi-Roller has dice on it.
The Man's Size is a very cool bottle-on-bottle with a big fat man drinking from a bottle and on that bottle is a man drinking from a bottle!
The Sweet Tooth is vaguely similar to the Hi Judy except not quite so heavily embossed.
The Jumbo is a 6.5" version of the usual (but not the 60oz version) Jumbo bottle with the elephant on it. It is more interesting than beautiful.

I would recommend all of the above for display.

Some of the rest I don't have and some others of the rest are not amazingly embossed.

Glad I'm not going crazy- I was also looking for his website the other night and wondered why I couldn't find it. I too would like a copy of the book.
