Shipping Question

Is it legal to ship bottles with liquid in them. One would be a Warner's Safe Cure and the other a small Luxardo Maraschino, which I'm sure has liquor in it?

Fedex here...20 years....if it has liquor you have to have a special permit, if it is flammable or hazmat, more fees.
