Skinny neck bottle

Has the The Diamond and circle with an I in the middle also has a 2 on the left and a 4 on the right , and says made in usa. Any idea what kind of bottle this is. Thanks,

hey preditor o in the diamond, owens ill mark 1929- 40tys looks like a hair bottle or cosmetic, is the cap plastic???> mike

Yes, the cap is plastic and has some writing inside, it has the same mark as the bottle, the#25 and the #20-400, and something i cant make out.
