sm. whiskey? embossed ball on base

hi everyone, found this today. it is 3 7/8" tall, 1 7/8" wide, 1" deep. frt. clear glass, side and back textured. base embossed w/a crown, shield with trade, w, mark, ball. looks like the b in ball does not close at bottom, 1933-1960. any information as to what it held, possible better dating, or if it has a value because of having ball on base. thanks for looking an any help you can give. rhona

I believe that's a small whiskey/liquior bottle. I have a whiskey-shaped bottle with the same logo on the base.
