Small Flask? Type Bottle

Found on May 23 Can't find any other info. Maybe 3.5" Circular with a profiled face and some sort of headress

That's a great looking flask, love the Indian... Is it a ground top?

Look at the top of the lip, is a smooth polished surface or does it look rough, like this...
