Small pitkin Type

I made the deal for this at the Forks of the Delaware show.
I just got it today. Its a small Pitkin Type 3 1/4" tall.

Wow, that's a one-of-a-kind for sure. Any idea where it was made?

I am not sure of where it was made at this point.
I have started digging in all my reference material and books.
I know there are examples from the New England area that are
similar in size but the form is different. The form is somewhat
unique. I am open for opinions. Thanks, Greg

My wife has wanted a vase? such as this. But the ones I have seen had the twisted pattern went up through the neck, this looks like it has a replaced neck without the pattern. Still looks cool..

Greg, That is a gem!! I have only seen a couple pitkin style bottles with the extended neck. The size and the neck treatment make this extremely rare, probably unique! I'm sure this is a keeper for you, but if it is not, please keep me in mind.

What is the rib count swirled and vertical?
