Sodafizz, I just received my book I mentioned above. Tell the guy who shipped, thanks for putting the book in plastic inside the box. An idiot mail carrier, not my usual because she knows better, left it leaning against my door and we had this huge thunderstorm before I got home. The color left my cheeks as I hurriedly opened the packaging to wind up sighing in relief that he had put in in plastic.
