Straight Sided Coke Blob top tooled to crown?!!!!

I was surfing ebay, and came across this straight sided coke. I have bought from this guy quite a few times, and had great expierences. Check this photo though, its a weird crowned bottle, or maybe a blob tooled into a crown? Or just really crude?

Its just a normal crown top with a ring neck. The older BIM bottles had a lot of imperfections. Some of the Pre 1905 ss Cokes did have more of a flared lip on the bottom crown to accommodate lightening stoppers. Some of the Peoria IL ones come to mind. These were made during the transition to crown tops. If I have time later I take some comparison pics of crown variations to show you.

All bottles are BIM, notice the significant crown difference.

They are Prob. more scarce than rare. I've seen a couple from Joplin pop up on Ebay in the last year. The Peoria I feel is more common but usually command a higher price and demand given its condition.

That Peoria is my favorite by far. Reminds me of something out of a Dr. Suess Book
