I can't find this bottle in my books, nor anything on Rudolph Wehr outside of racing.
I know there isn't many pontil poisons out there. We don't have a single one that is. Other than the bumps, there is no indicator that it would be a poison. That pattern alone isn't enough evidence. And I don't see a side that would be plain for a label to be placed.

More research on the name would have to be done to see what that person made.

The green poison is German...a KH-16 I believe...
