I find a lot of fruit preserving jars with the patent date on the bottom but I never saw one this big.
The champagne bottle look cool but after washing it off probably 50s or newer.
The ball has some nice bubbles in it but I think I'm wasting my time cleaning and storing Ball mason jars

I take home aqua fruit jars because they always sell, even if not for a lot.

Once you get to know them a little you see the more common ones and recognize them. When you don't, do a little online research or ask the group. I like the bible price guide of fruit jars--The Red Book . It tells all you need to know and a little bit more. Then you can decide if your fruit jar find is worth cleaning time and storage or sell with little effort.
