Therese Wagner in Braunau Soda

This certainly is a strange soda (?) bottle. Braunau is a place in Germany, and that's all I know about it. I'm pretty sure it's a soda, but I could be wrong. It has beautiful whittling,and is sand pontiled. I think it's an unusual bottle and could be worth some money.
I paid 5 for it at a flea market.

If it helps anyone there are bubbles in the glass, plus the seam doesn't go all the way up, so it's not a repro.
