Can't really give you any info on your bottle other than it must have been a good extract. I've found 5 of these in the dump I'm digging, 2 embossed Knight's & 3 without the Knight's embossed. Maybe Jim From Lewistown can give you more info on this bottle. Him & Genno have dug some of them.

I have dug them with the monogram, and with Knight's Extracts embossed, but never with both on the same bottle. I think the ones we find with the monogram are embossed FLAVORING EXTRACTS, but they lack the Knight's name. That makes three different varieties of these. Cool. ~Jim
