Hey everybody, sorry only one picture, It has been snowing for 3 days straight so I have not been digging, As soon as the sun shines I will be out. Check the picture, I was digging in a t-shirt last week[:(] I have been digging out but it is endless, I still get to shovel, but it is the driveway[:)]

I feel your pain, Ace. We have been fortunate with the weather here so far, but it's coming []. Until it does, I'll be digging my *** off so I will at least have some new goodies to look at when I can't dig for more [;)]. ~Jim

I'm right there with you guys. I"m in Maine, and we have great weather for digging here, but I've had to do some "real life work" and havn't been able to dig this week. I'm Jonesing for digging bad. I don't know what is worse, having to work when the weather is good enough to dig, or having snow on the ground so you can't really dig, unless you have a privy already probed out.
Hang in there,
Bram

All that snow shoveling will keep you in shape for next year.
This is the time of year I'm happy to be living in Florida!
Going diggin' now..39 degrees now and only 67 for the high,,this means - more diggin' less sweating!

What a sh**ty morning! I was getting all the snow cleaned up so I could go digging this afternoon. That giant icicle came down and broke the door,[:(] good thing nobody was near it. Now I am digging to pay for a new door!

That stuff can be deadly. I saw a chunk of snow and ice fall off of a back porch once that was the length and width of a car and the ice was about a foot thick. When it crashed it shook the house. That one piece probably weighed a 1,000lbs or more. Be careful around steep peaks that are packed with snow. A house can create a mini avalanche just waiting to happen. Just be thankful your door is busted and something much worse didn't happen. Keep safe and warm. Swizzle
