Looks like a perfume bottle, and dates to around the 1950s or 60s. Value is unfortunately zero, there are thousands upon thousands of unmarked 50s bottles in the woods behind every town in North America.

it almost looks like a mini jergens bottle I have some of those just a little bit larger

Canadian is right on, but you find beauty in it and that's what should count. Most every one of us started in this great hobby with finds just like yours.
