Thoughts on this labeled whiskey

Good morning everyone - saw this one on ebay this morning. I'd love to have it for my collection. Looks good to me, but I'm not real knowledgeable. I'd like some expert opinions before I put a bid in. Anyone have any dealings with the seller?

Labels look good to me...no issues at all. Great bottle! That seller is a very good seller as well.

Everything looks good to me although I'm really no "expert". I've seen a lot of labeled bottles over the years and these all fit together well. Too bad the glass stopper is broken but that sort / shape of glass stopper doesn't seem to fit a flask anyway even though it appears to fit correctly. Usually they are round and tapered inward and fit flush with the lip of the bottle. No matter, it's the bottle and label that really count.
