Went to Manchester today to meet up with some digging friends. We planned on digging a construction site but could not get in. So we improvised and found a dump buried under 4' of fill. Turned out to be deep and nice, got a few keepers with more to come.
Here is Rob(Glassworx) and John (Portland Med Man) just starting to open her up.
At about 6' is where the use layer got thick and meaty.
One of my best finds was a pottery match safe.
Matty (NH DIGGER) and Rob cleaning out the fill.
Matt and John holding a couple nice finds, the large bottle is a pontilled apothecary.
Overall it was a good day, John and I left at 3:00 and Rob and Matt are still there. We'll see what else they got into.
