The one on the right is a whittled bitters bottle, "Dr. Manly Hardy's Genuine Jaundice Bitters Bangor, ME". It was fairly messy when I retrieved it off the coast of Eastport, Maine but the polishing and cleaning turned out very well. My research tells me that is is circa 1850 but I know nothing else about it. If anyone has an idea to its value I'd appreciate it. Yes it may be up for sale as I'm trying to finance my expensive hobby of underwater photography.
The other bottle on the left I know far less about. It has the simple word "Wampole" on it. I believe that is a medicinal company from around Philadelphia. I know nothing of its age or value.
I've fished a number of bottle off the coast of Maine and hope to find more this summer.
Thanks for any assistance.
