Unknown unique bottle

This bottle is in a tree bark cement encasement. The bottle also has three separate pictures of what looks to be some type of historic town and the word Lombardi is visible. Identifying labeling is in another countries language.
The advertising tag says. AMARO VESUVIO COLA..
Once the bottle is open and the cap is removed there's an additional lid/cap that's in the same wood like cement encasement.

There is a little box in the icon menu just above where you type. Looks like a tree in a box. Click on it and it will prompt you to choose a file or URL. That should get you to which file to choose.
