[Bottlebot]

Found this, what looks like a wine bottle but seems to be very little information on it. Big raise in the bottom no makings only 25floz

I think you're right -- a generic wine bottle. A machine-made bottle?
BTW, a few drops of rubbing alcohol will eliminate the suds. I always recommend laundry detergent, rather than dish soap, to clean bottles. The laundry detergent is non-sudsing.

Looks like a very recent wine bottle, dating from anywhere between the 1970s and yesterday.
