Anyone have any idea of the value of this bottle (see photo). It's embossed BUFFALO, LITHIA SPRINGS WATER, NATURES MATERIA MEDICA, embossed woman with pitcher, 1/2 gallon, 11" tall, round, aqua, mint condition?

So do some more research and put paper of white cardboard behind then to get better pictures. I have a couple of them, but they can be sold on e/bay. If they have glass stoppers they are worth a little more.RED M.

Does this strike anyone as a reproduction? Doesn't seem quite right to me.

Hi again. I have to agree that the bottle is probably not a reproduction. But to tell us how old it is we would need a good photograph of the embossed girl and the layout of her surroundings. I think there were four or five different layouts of the pictured set-up and my book is in NY on these bottles. RED Matthews

I'm with Red on this one, we would need good pix to know it's origin. There are, as has been said, several original molds and they were reproduced as decorative items back about the 1960 - 70 period. Because of those reproductions and the relative commonness of the originals, prospective buyers are leery.

Thanks for your input. Attached are several pics that show the embossed girl. The seam runs all the way up through the lip, so we've got an after 1900 machine-made?

Never mind, that one picture with a glare looked strange.
