Never found a bottle like this.
I don't think that's a suction mark, it looks like a circle with a Co in the middle.

That's the old Colgate & Co logo. You find it a lot on old bottles, they tended to use that embossing more than their full name. Yours definitely has an unusual shape, it would have been some sort of perfume or toiletry but I'm not sure what exactly.

Now that you mentioned it, I have other Colgate & Co bottles but there much fancier. Thanks for the info.
