Dairy! Cream tops, baby tops, cottage cheese came in these too. I’m no expert but researched a bunch of milk bottles I got in a box of other bottles at auction.

Your right! Sometimes orange juice, chocolate milk, sour cream , buttermilk, cream and cottage cheese would come in this style bottle. The real old ones were round, like yours- if it’s square, it’s made later.

Pick them up! There are those odd ball milk bottle collectors who will pay $10-12 for them. Unless your hiking and have all you can possibly carry of better stuff…. Then leave them!
