What color glass is this considered????

What color would you use to describe this Philadelphia Hutch from L. Prober ? The second pic is next to a aqua hutch and clear med...

Thanx Rick, is that just from natural sunlight hitting it or has something been done to get that gray color?

the grey is from the Maganese content,they are the ones that will turn purple.

Some people call it a "smokey" gray. Either way I like those soda bottles with tinted colors.

These could be early selenium dioxide/arsenic bleached glass.
One way to tell is expose it to UV and see if it starts to turn amethyst.

Hi Gunther, I'm going to be listing it for sale on e-bay tonight so I won't even bother, I'll let the buyer do with it what they want, I was just unsure what to call the color in the auction ad. Thanx for your input, it's always welcome...
