Hey all. So here's a stupid question---what exactly, is a bottle tumbler? My son has a rock tumbler, but i'm thinking it would be BAD for bottles........!

It's essentially the same principle as a rock tumbler.
A bottle is put in a tube with either cut copper/aluminum oxide as an abrasive to polish the bottles and an electrtic motor turns the tube at a slow rate of speed to clean the sickness off of the bottle.
If done correctly it will bring back the original lustre of the glass and make it appear to be just like new.
The whole process make take days to accomplish, depending on the severity of the sickness.

Quick comment... Yes, it is like a rock tumbler, but the bottle is affixed in the tumbler barrel, allowing the abrasive to flow over the bottle. NEVER put a bottle in a rock tumbler loose. The bottle will be damaged.
