I agree, it's a beer or a medicinal malt bottle.Maybe someone will have one with a label to show us.We dig them in TOC privies,they seem to be one of the later blob tops and I would date them about 1905 or so.Value would be minimal but throw it on ebay and who knows.

That form was also used for malt extracts ... similar to Johann Hoffs.
Not much value in those but they are good decorations.
