Generic medicine, would have been bought by druggists to use for any prescription or proprietary medicine they bottled up themselves. The 3iii is, I'm guessing, a capacity marking. The marks on the sides are dose marks. epackage is probably about right with value (i.e. not a lot) but it's still a nice piece of old glass.
'Price' and 'value' are not always closely correlated.
I like those bottles, even if they don't have any company embossed on them. I would guess this one to be from around 1900 to 1910. Probably nominal in value, although someone managed to sell it to you!
