It looks at first glance to be 1890-1910 or so, but it could be more modern. The best way to figure it out would be to know what was dug with it. I've never heard of that seal before.

Hi Rick,
It was an old landfill in Manyunk. Alot from the time period you mentioned. I thought it might be older because of the seal. Some bottles were before register time. Then some have one number patents.
