Got this bottle in a mix.
Wm Barkley / Druggist / New York 5 1/4"

Looks pretty early. Just wondering if its common. Didnt see it listed in Matts book.

I don't know anything about that one but I like the script too. Its interesting that the older meds seem (to me) to have nicer script. Some of the mold blown TOC meds have very light and scraggly type, like the mold maker didn't spend any time at all on it. I find also that the venting nubs obscure the text on these too. Nice to see someone's handy work on the embossing like that. Sometimes I wonder why there isn't more information or interest in the molds themselves inherent in the bottle collecting field.
