Would love to know when this mini liquor bottle was produced

Hi guys,

Here's a bottom of a mini liquor bottle which i am not sure about the year. It has a tax stamp and a state stamp which i was able to date but i was wondering if somebody can help me with the actual glass factor. Take a look at the picture and let me know your thoughts.

Winston Salem nc . 1930 to 1962 . and of cores it's an Owens .

1940. Reason? It was a crossover kinda year but between the 0 date and the stipple, makes the most sense.

Is there anywhere on this forum a place where i can actually read more about the years and about the symbol under the bottles?
I just purchased a bunch of miniatures and i don't want to bother you guys with pictures every time

There is an online site, glassmakers and there marks........it helps with figuring out different glass houses and their marks and dates of use of the marks.......Andy
