I got a cobalt ale from Evansville Ind that has had the neck and top replaced. The color does not match but is still nice to have. I had one with no top and one with no bottom. It is embossed F.K.J & CO. EVANSVILLE IND. I had never seen the bottle before and a friend had it and i decided I wanted it to put on the shelf so I got it from him and had one made out of the two.
I also have a friend who had some hutches a while back he was going to sell and I can check with him and see what he is still got.
