So we moved into our new house in Maine, and aside from helping my mom move furniture into the car my underlying motive was to find some cool bottles; I did that and more! The only problem is, these items are not in my area of expertise and I'm curious about how I did []
Front of sodas:
Back of sodas:
Here's something I just don't know anything about really.. they appear to be tiles with historic areas on them, however they have calendars on the back and holes in the top of the tile for hanging.
The first one,
This one says "Elmwood, Cambridge", and on the next line "Home of James Russell Powell". On the flip side it is dated 1903.
This one says "Under this tree Washington first took command of the American Army" then on the following lines, "July 3rd 1775, Cambridge Mass'sts", from 1899.
Here's a pic to put them into size perspective, on the back bottom they say "Jones Mc Duffee & Stratton Co, Pottery Merchants, Boston U.S.A"
Any help is appriciated, thanks guys! []
