The Dr. Koenig's are "Hamburg Drops."

"“Hamburger Tropfen†(Hamburg Drops) were said to be effective against “all sicknesses of the stomach, liver, and abdomen.†From.

They were put out by August Vogeler of Baltimore, and St. Jacob's Oel fame.

"August Vogeler was born in Germany in 1819, and emigrated to the United States in his twenties. He built up a drug business in Baltimore and manufactured products such as Dr. August Koenig's Hamburger Tropfen." From.
