I found another interesting bottle while diving this morning. It is about 5 inches tall and is embossed "BURNHAM'S BEEF WINE & IRON"

I found a little information on the product on the internet, but nothing about how old the bottle might be.

Ah, but the ebay example is a beautiful washed-out lime green rather than bottle-aqua. Basically looks like a slightly stretched-out jake to me. I think old Dr. Henley from San Francisco wins for a "(celery), beef & iron" bottle design...the ring-neck champagne cylinder variant in light amber.
