Can anyone shed light on this? All my searching turns up a construction company and a salon equipment business. The bottle was found adjacent to an old nursing home that was demolished.

the P on the bottom of bottle shows it was made my the pierce glass co. from ST MARYS PA. and other locations . it was a big company . this bottle is a common medicine . a cough medicine . 1920s to 1940s.
