Gainesville, Texas? I've seen a couple of label-only examples over the years, including one that just sold on eBay. Were there embossed examples as well?

I saw one that was embossed, and the the two were paper labels.
The one embossed I believe was from Dallas.
I had the trade card, but give it to a friend who died, and someone bought his collection.
My card looked like this one below.
