Does the bottom of the cup have any marks? Also, where did you find it?

No marks at all. Found in NC bottle pile

With no marks of any kind, it is going to be hard to figure it out. Usually they have a mark or symbol of some sort on the bottom. It looks like possible resturant quality and probably massed produced. If you find anything, I have a big refernce book with marks & symbols, going back to the 1700"s.
