My first one

My first Warner's Safe. This one is really dark amber. It was hard to get a decent pic of it. The embossing looks really weak on it too. Idk if they're all like that or if mine's just crappy lol. My favorite thing about it is the huge bubble above the Warner's Safe phrase. It's close to two inches in length. Idk if you can see it in the pic.

I think that is one of the earlier bottles because of the double collered lip instead of the later blob top. I also have an older one and it is dark amber too. Nice find. I've dug a few of the more common amber blob types over the years.

Nice find. I dug one out of a 1920-30's dump with a seam that goes over the lip. Does anyone know when they stopped producing that style bottle?

His products were produced until 1944 according to Seeligers book on Warner's. Cork tops had gradually given way to screw caps by then, though. I think the last corkers were probably used during the 1920's. It varies, though.
