I picked up a bunch of stuff today, so old, some not. It was sold as a lot and I couldn't pass it up. Now the wife is pissed.....

I will post up some pics of the more interesting ones, and maybe some of you guys could tell me if I have anything good.

Here's a overview pic:

EVENING NEWS

Police were called to investigate reports of a domestic disturbance on 527 Primrose Lane and discovered a body in the garage next to hundreds of pop bottles. The victim's wife is listed as missing and is a person of interest.

If she were from Michigan she would be cashing in all the bottles for deposit money. Quick check the supermarkets! Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode of Kramer and Newman with all the returnables.

Hello Anotherguy; I just posted a good learning place to go - so here it is for you also.
Bill Lindsey.doc 7/3/10 Information on him and his homepage. 2/13/11 some up date and link lines. [/align] http://www.sha.org/bottle/

http://www.sha.org/bottle/bases.htm re rd btm sodas f/ex
http://www.sha.org/bottle/finishes.htm One other note is that I have posted on the site an actual early 1900s film clip that shows the burst-off method of blowpipe removal! It is fantastic and available via links at several places throughout the website including on the page linked above. It is a link in the "burst-off" finish discussion entitled:
Early 20th century mouth-blown bottle making film clip.
