I believe it was made by the Nature's Remedy Co. in Philadelphia.
It seemed to be marketed heavily in VA and may have originated there.
I dont know a lot about it

I think you are right Matt about the product maybe originating here in Va. I talked to a old time collector from Lynchburg,Va. today and he said he recalls that he heard back in the early 1980's that this was a product produced there.Whether this is a fact or not im not sure.But, i will search the local libraries here and see if i can find any information since im only 40 minutes from Lynchburg.
