Decided to take a walk before the snow started and came upon this bottle. It is not one that we have seen before and we are unable to find anything on the internet. Anyone have some info on this bottle?
WAYNE
Contents 8 1/2 FL. OZ.

We will post a pic of the bottom also.

Thanks for looking :)

Bottlehoe-

Sorry I don't know the Wayne company but that bottle design has been used by many brand names.
On the other hand, 8.5oz is a very unusual capacity for a deco soda bottle.
The right side of the O-I mark on the underside of the bottle looks like a "2" with a dot to the right of it, which probably means the mold was made in 1942.

What does the rest of the bottle say on it?

Here is a close-up of the numbers on the bottom. So frustrating we dont find any info in our search. Thank You so much for the input. Seems like there must be info on this bottle, or even the company .

Hey Melissa,

Nice Deco. As Matt said, I'm pretty sure it's Detroit.

Thanks for all the info everyone. Was quite a mystery there for awhile! A pretty cool bottle and certainly one we did not have until now. Thanks again [:)]

Wayne was a Detroit Brewing co. that I think bottled soda during the 20's during Prohobition. LEON.

When this thread started, I tried to look up the address on google maps. I often do that when there's an address on a bottle. This time the address was on that cool token with the 1928 cent in it. From looking up addresses, Hancock Avenue is apparently the same as Hancock Street, since some businesses still use the avenue address. 3603 E. Hancock Detroit, Michigan is an empty lot.
