Former Soda Fizz Editor, Kathy Hopson-Sathe, has died

I knew Kathy for many years, writing articles for her in the 'Soda Fizz' days. I hadn't seen her in a long time, but knew her health was not good. Hate to hear this.

"Antique" Bottles Being Manufactured in China?

I was looking for some info on bottle molds online. I came across this bottle manufacturer in China. They had an 'ANTIQUE' page so I thought I would look and see what they can make. I was surprised to see the photos of what they can manufacture. One is a rare Coca-Cola Hutch from Brunswick, GA...

    ACL bottles listed on eBay

Two things have happened recently that helped me decide to sell some of my collection: Ran out of room on my shelves AND currently out of a job. I'll be listing some bottles from my collection. Check out the link below to see what I've got. I will list more as I come across bottles I decide to...

GRAHAM GLASS COMPANY / FLAVOR BOTTLES / COCA COLA / SEARCH / RESEARCH

RE: Correction Basing the patent year on some of the Patents you placed earlier-Patent 49,730 ~ Robert C. Graham ~ Filed June 30, 1916 ~ Patented October 3, 1916 I think that is a very close match. OK-I'll shut up now. Sorry to confuse you Bob.

GRAHAM GLASS COMPANY / FLAVOR BOTTLES / COCA COLA / SEARCH / RESEARCH

RE: Correction 1. I can't say how many examples there are of this broken bottle. 2. I can say how many examples of this broken bottle I know of......2 3. The broken bottle was patented in 1916, just like Gary's. 4.This broken bottle has ATLANTA, GA embossed on the bottom, just like Gary's...

    Coke Information.

Yes-I have read a lot about Raymond Loewy. An interesting man that designed MANY things for the Coca-Cola Company as well as designing trains, cars, company logos, etc. I hadn't read this particular article you found though. Thanks

    What is up?

Something fishy is what is up....the seller has 1 feedback, from when he bought the same exact bottle he is auctioning. http://www.ebay.com/itm/111053565049#ht_50wt_1202 He paid $100 for it, now someone with NO feedback is running up the price. I guess with this sheikh buying everything up...

    COCA COLA / 1915 PROTOTYPE / EARL R DEAN / RAY A GRAHAM

A friend showed me this bottle years ago. I think it was one of the contest bottles too, but was the loser. We all know the contour from ROOT won. This bottle has arrows on the neck area, panels, much like the soda water bottles used by Coca-Cola bottlers, marked: ATLANTA, GA on the bottom...

SHOW YOUR MOST VALUABLE SODA BOTTLE

I did not realize that the Treasure State bottle was worth so much. I bought this one with a 'Best Offer', under $20. http://www.ebay.com/itm/390545440481?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 The label has a few issues. I was able to get the rust stains off using Bar Keepers...

    Demopolis, AL Coke

Hey Jerry The only two 10 oz embossed ones I've seen from Alabama were: Aliceville and York. I have not seen a Demopolis, AL one before. I'll keep an eye out for one.
