Odd shaped bottle

Ships wheel bottle question

Yes, it has the mold seam all the way up to the top, sorry I forgot to mention that part. I'm trying to do some research before bothering you guys with questions. I've identified most of the ones I have and dated them as reasonably as I could. There are still a few odd shaped ones I will post...
