[8|] This does appear to be an Italian reproduction of a boot bottle that was originally issued in the 1880s. The original as far as I recall, was clear. I believe this bottle to be post WW2. Probably early 1950's.
[8|] I'm trying to remember. I know these are about 1880 and I believe they are the Czar and Czarina of Russia. They are American made, but I do not remember why they were issued. Duh. Also, I could be wrong. It's been a while.
It is an ABM (automatic bottle machine) crown top. Judging from the overall style of the crown and shape, probably dates around 1930-50. Looks like a soda pop bottle to me.

I belonged to a bottle club back in the 1970's. We never had the resource for sharing information as we have today on the internet. I am amazed at the wealth of information being shared on this web site, from around the world, even! My congratulations for an interesting and informative forum...

Disney lent his name and characters to different food manufacturers over the years, most examples are from post WW2 into the mid 1950's. This appears to be a condiment (jelly?)bottle of sorts. I would check Ebay listings as these bottles and cans show up from time to time under Disney...
[:o] My apologies for the (deleted) joke. Ill be more cautious in the future. I guess Admin cured my constitutional humor. I'm an old man with old jokes, forgive me.

Well, a bodily humor is a secretion such as a hormone and is also a semifluid such as blood or lymph. Humors determine a person's health or temperment. Contitutional means relating to the makeup (of the body)So, constitutional humor is a joke they tell during sessions at the Capitol. Hope this...
Thanks Harry,
I appreciate the information on the bottle maker marks. I am trying to gather info for my son so he will know that he descends from a family of astute beer lovers. Unfortunately, there is not too much history available on Hertel beer since my ancestors were probably too smashed to...
I would appreciate any information you may have on this bottle including rarity and price. I am not a collector. This bottle is from my great grandfather's beer business in Chicago around 1890. Any help is appreciated. EHE Co mold. Slug plate reads: Louis Hertel, 218 Bosworth Ave, Chicago, Ill...
