    4/3/11 finds

    went to the old soda bottle dump i found a couple weeks ago,started back in the pit istarted then and found some nice acl and embossed sodas.a patented 1858 mason but threds were smashed.found 2 marbles,few glass bottle tops, my first dug soda water bottles,1 milk and 5 snakes.

    cleaning question

    has anyone used the little tiny bits of gravel for pool filters for cleaning?not in a tumbler but for general cleaning for those tuff to get places.also looking for a good place to buy new cleaning brushes where could i get good brushes.

    cleaning advice

    i found a bottle that has old distemper residue in it.i dont mean a little i mean it looks like thick black tar and it is reallly sticky and awfull smelling it al so had a syringe in the bottle as well should i even try to clean it or just toss it.it is a heavly embossed cork bottle.any advice...

    i dug a old distemper bottle today and thought it was full of dirt but instead it still had the medicine in it i got it all over my hands.should i be worried about this, i did how ever wipe down everything with alcohol to sterilize the brush and my hands.and the area that it was in.any thoughts...
